Description

Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) is a challenging molecule, requiring for its full activity glycosylation, disulfide bridges and protease processing. HumanLike HGF is produced in a Human cell as a heterodimer, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain consisting an α-chain of 463 amino acids and β-chain of 234 having a total molecular mass of 80017 Dalton. It is identical to native HGF extracted from a human source.
