ONCOLOGY

Feldan offers one of the broadest range of oncology proteins with different mechanisms of action to the researchers around the world carrying out research on the different pathways involved in the development, growth and propagation of cancer cells.


STEM CELL

Scientist and researchers around the world currently focuses their research on treatments for a wide range of currently untreatable or incurable diseases using embryonic stem cells, induced pluripotent cells (iPS cells) and adult stem cells. By providing them with innovative and custom-made products, Feldan hope to increase their their ability and potential to unlock the door to treatments for many diseases.


NEUROLOGY

The neurology product group aims at the discover and develop treatments for neurodegenerative and psychiatric diseases as Huntington's, Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease.


APOPTOSIS

Feldan offers a variety of products and solutions to study Apoptosis and Cell Death Research. Our products support research on topics such as Bcl-2 family proteins, cell death proteases and their activators and inhibitors, studies of mitochondrial involvement in cell death, signal transduction mechanisms used by TNF-family cytokine receptors, as well as elucidation of survival signals delivered through integrins, growth factor receptors and oncoproteins.

IMMUNOLOGY

Feldan is a leading provider of research proteins for the research on prevention and improving treatment of microbial infections and diseases of the immune system. These include allergy and asthma, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases like lupus and rheumatoid arthritis, immunodeficiency diseases such as AIDS, hematopoietic cancers like leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma, and microbial infections such as chlamydia.


INFLAMMATION

Our inflammation research protein portfolio contains a range of innovative products and solutions developed to support and advance the discovery of innovative treatment to major immune-mediated diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis and selected atopic diseases.


EPIGENETICS

Feldan provides products for Epigenetic Research which studies heritable changes in genome function that occur without alterations in DNA sequence. There are far-reaching implications of epigenetic research for agriculture and for human biology and disease, including an understanding of stem cells, cancer and ageing.


PROTEASES

Feldan focus on the discovery and development of proteases another enzymes to study aspartic proteases, cysteine proteases, metalloproteases, and serine proteases, as well as their inhibitors and substrates.


ENZYMOLOGY

Feldan offers a wide range of innovative Ezymology proteins to study the molecular basis of the mechanism and specificity of enzymes; structural studies, investigation of enzyme inhibition mechanisms and of the mechanisms regulating proteolytic activity.


INFECTIOLOGY

Feldan strives to develop more products and solutions that will be used for the research for treatments of viral infections through a better understanding of the mechanism of viral replication. Our efforts currently focus on viral infections such as the hepatitis C virus, the respiratory syncytial virus, and human cytomegalovirus, as well as multi-resistant bacterial infections such as clostridium difficile, staphylococcus aureus, and gram-negative pathogens.


DIAGNOSTIC

Feldan offers a wide range of unique product used for the development and manufacturing of point-of-care (POC), diagnostic tests and othere related technology for the detection of infectious diseases.
