goGreen Loading Buffer contains GoGreen Nucleic Acid Stain, a highly sensitive fluorescent dye that enables instant Nucleic Acid bands visualization during or immediately after running your agarose gel. After the run, simply place the gel on a standard UV or blue light transilluminator to view nucleic acids bands. No post staining or destaining is required.

Easy to use and versatile: Supplied in either 10 000X gel stain or 6X loading buffer. Visualize bands using a blue light or UV transilluminator (no post staining required). You can also monitor moving nucleic acids bands if you place your transparent gel box on top of a blue light transilluminator.

Will not affect downstream experiments: compatible with all gel purification kits tested, will not inhibit ligation reaction, etc.
Cut out DNA bands for sub-cloning under safer blue light: No mutations caused by EB and UV light.
GoGreen is compatible with three common agarose electrophoresis buffers (TAE, TBE and sodium borate)
