FedEx, DHL Shipping
In most cases, orders will be shipped via Federal Express or DHL courier. Most of Feldan's products have been formulated to allow shipment at ambient temperature. Refrigerated shipment will be charged at nominal fee. Please consult our Customer Service Representative to confirm delivery dates. Shipping & Handling costs are added to the purchase, Collect Shipping - (Please provide pertinent information). Feldan reserves the right, in its discretion, to determine the exact method of shipment. Feldan reserves the right to make delivery in installments. Delay in delivery of any installment shall not relieve Customer of Customer's obligations to accept remaining deliveries.
Standard Shipping Guidelines
All our products are required to go through Quality Control before being shipped. Products are shipped within 2 to 5 days maximum but in most cases are shipped next business day if ordered before 14pm EST. Feldan ships 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday. Business days are considered Monday - Friday. National Holidays, and other postal holidays are not considered business days. Feldan may ship orders via multiple methods.
Back Orders
Should your order include one or more back ordered items, Feldan notify you by email as soon as possible letting you know of new shipping date. Partial orders can be shipped upon customer's request and no charges will be applied for items not sent.
International Shipping Guidelines
Most of our products are able to be shipped internationally. For International orders, products are shipped within 3 to 5 days average. Most items are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or FedEx International Priority. Feldan may ship products via other methods if necessary to ensure the stability of product and also efficient tracking. International customers are subject to import taxes, or other duties as charged by local government. As a general rule, most items under $35 US don't require import or duties taxes to most countries.

FedEx / DHL Tracking Numbers
FedEx / DHL Tracking Numbers are available upon request. To receive your tracking number, please send an email at tracking@feldan.com with your Company/Organization name along with your Purchase Order number or Sales Order number. Please allow up to 4 business hours to receive your Tracking Number via email.
Shipping Insurance
Feldan offers Shipping Insurance on all orders. Please note that Feldan does NOT include Shipping Insurance unless it is requested by customer. With Shipping Insurance Feldan guarantees free replacement if items are damaged, lost, or stolen during the shipment. If no Shipping Insurance are requested at the time of purchase, customer will be responsible for all charges for replacement of the product and won't be eligible for a refund.
