FELDAN SHUTTLE FEATURED IN A RECENT PUBLICATION DEMONSTRATING POTENTIAL TO TREAT LUNG DISEASES

Congratulations to Xiaoming Liu’s team for the publication of the article:  

Genome Editing in Ferret Airway Epithelia Mediated by CRISPR/nucleases Delivered with Amphiphilic Shuttle Peptides 

The team used our delivery technology, the Feldan Shuttle, to deliver proteins and the CRISPR/nucleases machinery into ferret lung cells in vitro and in vivo, thereby bringing new opportunities to treat genetic pulmonary diseases such as cystic fibrosis.
